Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) 1 children. 2. Children reporting to the department with vital teeth requiring access opening as a part of pulp treatment in primary mandibular second molar or permanent mandibular first molar under local anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Frankl definitely negative children. 2. Children with history of allergy to local anesthesia

To compare and evaluate the effectiveness of supraperiosteal injection of buffered 4% articaine hydrochloride and 4% articaine hydrochloride with 1:200,000 epinephrine for pulpal procedures in primary mandibular second molars and permanent mandibular first molars using Face, Legs, Activity, Cry, Consolability Scale .
