Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients posted for elective laproscopic cholecystectomy 2.American society of anaesthesiologist physical status I and II 3.Age from 18 to 65 years 4.Either gender
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal and not able to understand study protocol 2.Patient having allergy to study drug(levobupivacine) 3.BMI equal or or more than 30 4.Patient with acute cholecystitis 5.Patient with severe pulmonary,cardiac,and renal diseases 6.chronic alcoholism or drug abuse 7.Patients receiving any sort of pain medication on chronic basis 8.patient who needed conversion to open cholecystectomy or insertion of drain at the end of procedure
