Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient with symptoms of Pristha graha low back stiffness, episodic back pain, pain during walking/standing, tingling sensation 2 Age in between 25 â?? 70. 3 Patients fit for Basti karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients below 25 and above 70 years. 2 Patients having any associated chronic ailments like Diabetes Mellitus, Tuberculosis, Anemia, Traumatic condition. 3 Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 4 Patients not fit for Basti karma
