Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed case of primary hyperhidrosis Participants(who fulfil the diagnostic criteria,HDSS score grading (2-4) of both sexes belong to the age group between 18-40 years 2.Who are willing to sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary Hyperhidrosis 2.Patient taking medicine for Psychiatric Disorders 3.Pregnant Women 4.Lactating Women 5.Patient Underwent Prior surgical procedure,prior treatment with anti-hyperhidrosis medical device, or use of other treatments with anticholinergic activity
