Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient must know any one of these three languages Hindi English or Bengali Patients presenting with prominent causation for their suffering Patient willing to undergo homoeopathic treatment Patients of both sexes all religions any socio economic status and all age group Patients willing to participate in the study with written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient in whom cause is not clear Patient not willing to participate in the study Patient suffering from any life threatening illness immuno compromised state etc Patient who is under treatment by other system of medicine Cases already undergoing homoeopathic treatment elsewhere for any chronic disease Pregnant and lactating women

To assess the overall improvement of the patients with medicine prescribed on the basis of Causation using Boger Boenninghausens characteristics and Repertory To make a comprehensible list of different kinds of causations and their utilization in Homoeopathic Practice The assessment of outcome of treatment will be done by Rand 36 most commonly used score for quality of life The Rand short form 36 most commonly scores 0 to 100 where 0 denotes worse possible condition of health and 100 denotes best possible condition of healthTimepoint: Data are obtained at the baseline and between sixth and seventh month
