Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patient who are treated in intensive care unit and receive either enteral or parenteral nutrition will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years old Pregnant women

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome of the study will be cumulative calorie and protein balance.Timepoint: at 7 days,When the patient is discharged from ICU or dies, which ever earlier—

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes will be factors that hinder adequate calories and protein intake, correlation between initial nutritional status and calorie and protein deficit with length of ICU stay, ventilator days and 28 days mortality.Timepoint: at 7days, When the patient is discharged or dies . which ever earlier—
