Intervention1: Curved tip central venous catheter insertion needle: Bending the needle by 15 degrees, 2 cm proximal to the tip The curved needle will be made by bending the tip using an artery forceps

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult patients requiring internal jugular vein central line insertion for any indication
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulopathy if uncorrected 2. Refusal of CVC insertion by patient 3. Infection at the site of insertion 4. Pre-existing thrombus in the IJV 5. Hemodynamically unstable
