Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals falling in 40-60 age group. individuals needing maxillary molar/premolar extractions. Individuals with controlled hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with known H/O of thyroid disorder, renal disease , uncontrolled hypertension ,under antiplatelets & anticoagulant therapy , bronchial asthma and pregnant females Patients with known allergy to any of the study drugs. Mentally challenged patients.
