Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Participants who are medically fit for nasya karma. 2)Participants satisfying the diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Participants with secondary headache caused by sinusitis, uncorrected refractive errors and increased intraocular pressure. 2)Participants having history of meningitis, brain tumour, encephalitis, cervical spondylitis. 3)Participants with complicated migraine. 4)Participants using drugs for any other systemic illness which interferes with the course of treatment.

Changes in following variables are noticed: Intensity of pain by Visual Analogue Scale, Frequency of migraine attack, Duration of pain, Migraine disability by MIDAS Grade.Timepoint: 5th day, 12th day, 40th day, 68th day
