Inclusion criteria: ASA GRADE 1 AND 2 SURGERY TYPE- ELECTIVE FOREARM AND HAND SURGERIES

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS WHO REFUSE TO BE PART OF THE SYUDY SIGNIFICANT COAGULOPATHIES HISTORY OF BRACHIAL PLEXUS INJURY ALLERGY TO STUDY DRUG PSYCHIATRIC HISTORY INFECTION AT THE SITE OF INJECTION PREGNANT PATIENTS DIAPHRAGMATIC PARALYSIS
