Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Participants with Hb level 8 to 11 g% in females and 9 to 12g% in males. 2)Snehayogyas according to classics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Sneha ayogyas according to classics. 2)Iron deficiency anemia due to pregnancy and lactation. 3)Iron deficiency anemia with GI malignancy, menorrhagia, metrorrhagia.
