Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients under ASA I & II category. 2. Mandibular or maxillary teeth with closed apex. 3. Patients diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis with apical periodontitis and/or pulpal necrosis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under ASA III-V category. 2. Patients with other systemic diseases 3. Patients under any antibiotic medication for a week. 4. Teeth with cracks, vertical root fracture, internal & external resorption. 5. Teeth with immature apex
