Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients willing for trial 2.Both fresh and treated cases will be selected 3.Patients having classical symptoms of C.O.P.D

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not willing for trial 2.Patients having complications like CCF, Cor Pulmonale, Tuberculosis, Malignancy etc. 3. Patients suffering from any severe systemic disorder.

Subjective parameter- Grading will be done with signs and symptoms of shwasa roga. Spirometry Chest X-Ray PA view Sputum ExaminationTimepoint: After one month intervention of Shatiyadi kashaya ghanvati orally and 15 days after stopping of medicine.
