Inclusion criteria: All patients with valvular heart disease who are undergoing prosthetic valve replacement with mechanical and bioprosthetic valve

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with ventricular assisted device Patients with grade 2 or more paravalvular leakage
