Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual presenting to the department with STEMI and undergoing Primary PCI presenting AMI condition for the first time (DENOVO). patients above 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinical evidence of autoimmune disease or haematological proliferative disorders. Systemic inflammatory disease. History of trauma, surgery, neoplasm or infectious disease Previous CABG or PCI Previous steroids or immunosuppressants intake

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To correlate the haematological parameters collected prior to the intervention with TIMI flow, TIMI frame count and myocardial blush grade in STEMI patients after Primary PCITimepoint: 1 year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To correlate haematological parameters with poor outcomes like Cardiogenic shock, fatal arrythmias and CHB. To note the time of onsent, time of day, time of year of symptoms. To note the time of presenting of patient to the hospital after onset of symptoms. All the above parameters are utilized to predict the coronary flow along with the haematological factors.Timepoint: 1 year
