Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Willingness to participate in the study 2.Traumatic amputation surgery of the limb 3.Symptoms compatible with phantom limb pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of cardiac pacemaker, medical pumps, or metal implants 2.Pregnancy 3.Neuropsychiatric disorders that can affect the patient ability to consent to the study participation 4.Diagnosis of epilepsy or cardiac disease 5.Any pathology that could alter the course of phantom limb pain (diagnosis of cancer, immunological disorders, renal insufficiency requiring dialysis treatment, etc)
