Inclusion criteria: Age >= 18 years ASA I and II Expected duration of surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of consent Surgery involving airway or patient with difficult airway Obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m2). Pregnant women Tracheostomized patients
