Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. All the nurses working in hemodialysis unit . 2. Patient undergoing dialysis for the first time in hemodialysis unit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who are on long leave. 2. Patientâ??s with psychiatric co-morbidities.
