Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants above the cutoff score in Smartphone Addiction Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to engage, participate or respond to the research question. Participants having any diagnosable disorders according to ICD-10 or DSM 5 Participants who are already attending any psychological/psychiatric services
