Intervention1: Constitutional Homoeopathic Medicine: Intervention is planned as administering indicated constitutional homoeopathic medicines as decided appropriate to the case or condition. Selection

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient of primary gout of all age groups and both sex. 2. Under 2015 ACR/EULAR gout classification criteria. 3. Patients of all socio-economic status & religions 4. Patients willing to perform all the laboratory investigation required in the treatment of gout. 5. Patients willing to participate in the study and also willing to take homoeopathic medicine. 6. Patients who are otherwise untreated and have opted for homoeopathic treatment. 7. Patients who have already had other method of treatment but now intend to undergo homoeopathic treatment, after providing a gap of four weeks as wash-out period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who continue to be under other method of treatment. 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Patients not willing to undergo any investigation, if so advised. 4. Person suffering from any severe chronic medical or surgical disease like malignancy, multiple organ failure etc. 5. Patients who are intermittently taking other method of treatment during the homoeopathic treatment.
