Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Group:15-55years Sex: Both sexes to be included Obesity with BMI 39 & below PCOD- testosterone level PCOD with USG of anovulation, clinical and/or biochemical hyperandrogenism, and polycystic ovarian morphology seen on ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group below 15 years and above 55 years. Pregnant women and lactating women are not included. Obesity class 3(high risk) when BMI is equal to or above 40.0. Patient who are not willing to give the consent.

MeasureTime frame
according to score obtained (pre and post treatment) from WHOQOL- bref scale.Timepoint: pre score will be taken at baseline of treatment and post score will be assessed at the end of 12 weeks using WHOQOL-bref scale.—
