Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I, II patients of either sex between the ages of 18-70 years, having a body mass index between 18-30 kg/m2 and posted for surgery for Ca breast will be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients receiving preoperative chemotherapy, refusal to participate in the study, perioperative blood transfusions, chronic opioid use renal failure, liver failure, congestive heart failure and co-morbid hematological diseases will be excluded from the study.
