Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neonates below 28 day age Neonates on continuous IV therapy VIP scores 1-4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonates with gangrene sloughing blisters and pus drainage at site of phlebitis Neonates with any bleeding disorders Neonates having other skin infection or burn
