Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recently diagnosed patients of Type 2 DM. Post Covid-19 patients with newly diagnosed Type 2 DM. Patients irrespective of gender will be included & who are willing to take medicine. Age group within 30-80 yrs. Patients with fasting blood sugar level more than 126 mg/dl and post prandial upto 350mg/dl. Patients with HbA1c value more than 6.5% Patients having signs and symptoms of Madhumeha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: K/C/O Type 1 diabetes mellitus. Gestational diabetes. K/C/O BPH, ketoacidosis, Diabetic coma, acute infections anywhere in the body and Gangrene. Patients on insulin and steroid therapy. Patients with any major systemic diseases like Carcinoma, Tuberculosis etc. K/C/O Immunocompromised patients or patients on immunosuppressive drugs. K/C/O â?? Neuropathic ulcer, Peripheral Vascular Disease.
