Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients suffering from signs and symptoms of hypothyroidism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients suffering from cardiac diseases. 2)Patients having extremely high or low blood pressure. 3)Pregnant women and women under menstruation.
