Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I and II. Patient with chronic anterior neck pain, can be localized or radiating. Atypical facial pain. Pain duration > 12 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patientâ??s age 50 years. Facial neuralgia like trigeminal neuralgia. Infectious causes of anterior neck pain. Pain duration

Primary

MeasureTime frame
major the incidence and observe the clinical manifestation of chronic anterior neck pain and atypical facial pain.Timepoint: one year study.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
number of patients cured by pharmacological treatment versus number of patients who required pain intervention.Timepoint: patients will be follwed up for 3 months post pain intervention
