Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1The person with age between 18 – 60 years. 2Both male and female patients will be included. 3Any of two diagnostic test mentioned above is positive. 4Schirmer test finding should be 5Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) 6Contact lens wearer 7Patients with following signs and symptoms of shushkakshipak.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Age : 60 years 2Systemic inflammatory diseases: e.g.- Sjogren syndrome, 3Chemical injury: e.g., Lime burn or any other 3Chronic viral infections: e.g., Hepatitis C, HIV 3Neurological conditions: e.g., Parkinson disease, Bell’s palsy, Trigeminal neuralgia 4Punctal occlusion: Temporary or Permanent Radiation of the orbit or nearby area Undergoing any ocular therapy
