Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients of 22 to 45 years with sperm concentration Willing to provide specimen of semen as per the requirements Informed patients giving written consen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Absolute Azoospermia. Patients with Aspermia Patients with major systemic disorders like Tuberculosis, AIDS , STD which interfere in course of treatment. History of DM, Hypertension and Cardiac disease Known Thyroid disease Developmental anomalies of genito urinary system Any obstructive pathology of genito Urinary system Severe degree of bilateral Varicocele Patients on antipsychotics and antiepileptic medications Diagnosed cases of of Kidney and liver disorders
