Inclusion criteria: Medical professional students from first year to final year at NIA, Jaipur Students having smart mobile phone Students in the age group 17 – 25 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who are identified as having any psychological disorders Students who are undertaking any medication for psychological issues
