Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of any gender with ASA physical status I or II from 18-50 years of age undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with 1) history of allergy to systemic opioids. 2) substance use disorder. 3) chronic opioid use. 4) analgesia use within 24 hours.
