Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the efficacy of localised application of tranexemic acid and mefenamic acid tablet combination in extraction sockets for control of post extraction bleeding. â?¢ To evaluate the efficacy of localised application of tranexemic acid and mefenamic acid tablet combination in extraction sockets for control of post extraction pain. â?¢ To evaluate the efficacy of localised application of tranexemic acid and mefenamic acid tablet combination in extraction sockets in wound healing and reducing the incidence of alveolar osteitis. Timepoint: ON THE DAY OF EXTRACTION:BLEEDING NOTED TILL PRIMARY HEMOSTASIS. PAIN SCALE NITED ON:1,2,3,7 DAYS . HEALING ON 7TH DAY
