Intervention1: Bilateral thoracic paravertebral block along with standard general anaesthesia: Subjects will receive Bilateral Thoracic Paravertebral Block with 20ml of 0.5% of ropivacaine + injection

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Planned to undergo Cardiac surgery. 2. 40-70 years old 3. BMI 4. Patients belonging to ASA grade II and III 5. Elective surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Spine malformation or vertebral space occupying lesion or Infection at the site of paravertebral injection 2.Endocrine, Metabolic, Neurological and Psychotic disorders. 3.Allergies to study drugs 4.Severe hepatic (ALT or AST >3 times the upper limit of normal) or renal dysfunction (serum creatinine >178mmol/L and blood urea nitrogen [BUN] >9mmol/L 5.LVEF <40%,Valvular disease or intra-aortic balloon pump.
