Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having confirm diagnosis of renal failure due to varied etiology for last 6- month duration 2.Patient has past history of overuse of NSIADs 3.Patients with GFR level 3 months) 4.Patients have creatinine value >1.5 mg/dl
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having age 60 yrs 2.AIDS 3.Diabetic nephropathy 4.Patient of hepato-renal insufficiency or renal insufficiency due to hemodynamic circulatory disorder and CCF 5.History of kidney transplant 6.Serious acute organic disease 7.Neoplasm of kidney 8.Female patient having risky pregnancy 9.Uncontrolled arrhythmia or severe cardiac disease 10.(In Basti group patients) Anal pathology like big piles, Fistula, Fissure 11.Associated with any other serious systemic disease or complications, which leads to fatal complications will be excluded

| It is expected that proposed herbal formulation will detoxify the body, restoring the normal function of vital organs especially in liver, kidney and digestion. Kshir-basti (that is a type of Yapana basti) administration will also act on same line along with the implantation of the properties of best jeevaniya dravya milk.Timepoint: Patient will be advised to admit in the hospital as kshir-basti will be given daily for 30 days.
