Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.BMI- less then or equal to 30. 2.ASA grade - I/II. 3.Patient posted for elective unilateral forearm surgery. 4.Patient able to give written and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient not willing for procedure. 2. Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics. 3. Patient with coagulopathy. 4. Local infection at the injection site and local anatomical deformity. 5. Patients with polytrauma and/or associated nerve injury. 6. Pre-existing neuropathy, disorders like seizures,Hypertension,Diabetes and other metabolic disease,cardiac, hepatic diseases,Asthma,COPD. 7.Patient with significant H/O Drug and Alcohol abuse,Osychiatric illness. 8. Patient with H/O taking Alpha-adrenergic drug,any form of Opoids. 9. Pregnant and Lactating mothers. 10. BMI > 30kg/m2.
