Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age 45-70 yrs. 2)Irrespective of sex/religion/occupation/caste/social and economic status. 3)6/9-6/60 with best corrected visual acuity. 4)Patients having the signs and symptoms of Pratham/Dwitiya and Tritiya Patalagata Timira and Immature Senile Cataract

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age 70yrs. 2)Less than 6/60 with best corrected visual acuity. 3)Patients having signs and symptoms of Mature and Hypermature Cataract. 4)K/C of Congenital/Developmental/Traumatic/Complicated and Metabolic Cataract. 5)Patients associated with HTN and Diabetes Mellitus. 6)Patients on Chemotherapy/Steroids and Immunosuppresive drug therapy. 7)K/C of Uveitis/Glaucoma and Retinopathies. 8)Patients not willing for trial.

Relief in sign and symptoms of Timira(Immature senile cataract)like blurring of vision,black spots infront of eyes,diplopia,polyopia,coloured halos around light etc.Timepoint: at 1st day,30th day,60th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Relief in symptoms of poor near visual acuity and of difficulty in night vision and delaying in progression of Cataract.Timepoint: at 1st day,30th day,60th day
