Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chronic Non-specific neck pain more than 12 weeks duration or more 2.Both adult males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spinal fracture or deformity 2. Neuropathic Pain 3.Acute neck pain 3. Patients unwilling to sign consent form
