Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sportspersons between 13-25 years of age, Sportspersons performing both indoor and outdoor sports

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sportspersons with medical condition like metabolic, cardiovascular or renal disease, Injured sportspersons

MeasureTime frame
Athletes hydration status will be assessed by using a developed hydration protocol. Developed hydration protocol will give an athletes about a correct ways to hydrate themselves. Timepoint: From the date of baseline data collection till the final assessment of protocol

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
This study will help the athletes to get better Knowledge on Hydration practices. which can help athletes to improve their hydration status which in turn improve their athletic performance. Timepoint: From the initial stage of data collection till the end of the study
