Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: cases giving consent to participate in study cases having marked modalities and onset of clinical presentations like pain tenderness stiffness limited movement of joints cases having contraindicated modalities during homoeopathic case taking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group less than 18 years and more than 70 years pregnant women and lactating women are not included in the study cases having no marked modality or no contraindication patient who are not willing to give the consent
