Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patient of unilateral primary vaginal hydrocele 2.Age above 18 and below 60 yrs. 3.The swelling should be positive for transillumination. 4.It should be possible to get above the swelling at the base of the scrotum. 5.Controlled cases of hypertension( 6.Controlled cases of diabetes mellitus (

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Swelling arising from skin of the scrotum 2.Age below 18 and above 60 yrs 3.Congenital hydrocele 4.Secondary hydrocele 5.Filarial hydrocele 6.Encysted hydrocele of the cord • Previous history of either aspiration or surgery of hydrocele • Diffuse swelling in the scrotum incorporating the testis but negative for transillumination. • Malignant swelling of the scrotum
