Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having waist circumference More then 80â??cm for women and More then 90for men Patients within age group of 25 to 45years Both males and females will be included Patients who are willing to give informed consent Patients who have not practiced yoga and naturopathy since past 6 Month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease cancer renal or liver diseases Pregnant and lactating patients Patients having age group less than 25 and more than 45 years Patients who are regular yoga practitioners will be excluded
