Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly diagnosed cases of AD (ICD-10-CM code L20.9) as per UK diagnostic Criteria, 2. PO-SCORAD more than 10, 3. Patients of 18 - 65 years of age and of either sex, 4. Literate patients; ability to read Bengali and/or English, 5. Patients giving written consent to participate in the trial, 6. Patients already undergoing treatment for AD were planned to be recruited on completely stopping the medicines and after wash-out phase of 1 month
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncontrolled or life threating illness, any organ failure and other co-morbidities, 2. Patients who are too sick for consultation, 3. Substance abuse and/or dependence, 4. Pregnant and lactating women, 5. Psychiatric illness, 6. Patients undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease within last 6 months,
