Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diabetic and hypertensive patients with sinonasal mucor mycosis posted for endoscopic sinus surgery. patients who give informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with severe systemic illnesses such as diabetic ketoacidosis,end stage renal disease, acute coronary syndrome and heart blocks. patients with bleeding diathesis. patients on non invasive ventilation and mechanical ventilation
