Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who have bilateral permanent molar teeth, deep pit and fissure tooth surface. 2.Children whose parents given informed consent to Participate. 3.Children who give assent for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children whose bilateral Molar teeth are already filled or decayed 2. Children whose Molar teeth are partially erupted
