Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20-50 years both male and female 2.Duration of low back pain more than 15 days,prolapsed disc with radiating and non radiating pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Spinal surgery 2.Spondylolisthesis 3.Spinal Fractures 4.Spinal tuberculosis 5.Any renal diseases
