Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients between age group 30-70 years. 2.Patients fit for Matra Basti. 3.Patients of Grade 2 and 3 of OA Knee according to lawrence classification of X ray

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any Infective conditions of the Joints. 2.H/O Fracture, Trauma and Any deformity of Knee Joint 3.Any Chronic systemic and metabolic disease. 4.Bowel and Urine incontinence. 5.Patients who are contraindicated for Basti. 6.Patients requiring surgical intervention for the management of OA knee 7.Patients participating in any other clinical study
