Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female participants in the age group of 20 years to 50 years will be enrolled. 2. Participants who have acute fissure in ano with longitudinal ulcer in anterior midline or posterior midline or both with excruciating pain,bleeding,spasm of anal sphincter diagnosed by clinical examination. 3. Participants with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants below 20 years and above 50 years of age. 2. Known case of colorectal carcinoma, chrons disease, ulcerative colitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, intestinal fistula 3. Pregnant and lactating women 4. Known case of Diabetes mellitus, anaemia 5. Known case of HIV, hepatitis B, other venereal diseases
