Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with Uterine Artery Doppler (UAD) positive at 12 weeks, Low PAPPA less than 0.4 MOM

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing chronic hypertension Kidney disease Multiple pregnancies Pregnancy with significant fetal abnormalities
