Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Controlled case of diabetes mellitus (hba1c ( 2.Postsurgery or post mechanical trauma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age below 18 years and Above 70 years 2.Patients with impacted calculus in the urethra 3.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus 4.Neoplasm of lower urinary tract 5.Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) reactive and hepatitis B surface antigen (HbsAg) reactive patients will be excluded from the study 6.Bladder outlet obstruction
