Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participant having BMI ranging from (25 kg/m2 to 29.9 kg/m2) 2) Both male and female genders will be included 3) Young adults with age (18-25 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals having any cardiopulmonary disorder 2) Individuals on any medication that affects HR (Beta blockers, diuretics, vasodilators) 3) Individuals with musculoskeletal disorders 4) Individuals with neurological disorders 5) Individuals with congenital deformity
