Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients who are suffering from oral lichen planus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy and lactating women 2. patients who are unwilling for incisional biopsy 3. patients who are immune compromised. 4. patients with anemic conditions.

MeasureTime frame
To know the efficacy of steroids vs non steroidal agents in the treatment of oral lichen planus.Timepoint: 4 weeks 1st week VAS score for burning sensation and sign score for lesion size are taken. 2nd week VAS score for burning sensation and sign score for lesion size are taken. 3rd week VAS score for burning sensation and sign score for lesion size are taken. 4th week VAS score for burning sensation and sign score for lesion size are taken.—
